Take it to the dealer and have the part replaced.

Just got my car back with the updated part # 72250-S2A-A03.

My window is fixed and works great!

Mine stopped working, tried the fix and the auto down would work with the window switch only, still refused to work with the top switch. After a few weeks from trying the fix, it started to work again yesterday.

I found that if I just punch the door with my fist right next to the switch, it usually will start working fine after that. I think the switch itself is the problem. I discovered this one time after mine stopped working (I've already had the regulator replaced once), and I needed to go in and swap out my speakers.... When I put everything back together, my auto-down magically started working properly again. The only thing that happened was the door panel got jarred around as I tossed it into the passenger seat when I pulled it off. That's what prompted me to just hit the door whenever the problem comes back. It just happened again this morning after the car had been sitting for about 2.5 weeks and voila, it immediately started working again after I hit the door panel next to the switch.

I need to take my car in for the 'clicking axle' problem soon, so I'll probably have them try replacing various stuff in my door to see if it helps.

Try hitting the axle with your fist and see if that fixes it?
