Destroy depends on the person skipping the shift, as well as the speed of the shift
Tires wear out too if you drive the car, does this mean yours is parked in the garage all the time?

Wearing out the synchros = bad. Skipshifting means they wear out faster and beyond where they would've, to a detrimental effect. Even Honda recommends against it.
Your argument is sort of saying "well everything will break eventually so why not do it anyways?"
