Wow...what a bummer. I won't make you feel any worse by telling you that the weather here in DC is beautiful. So close and yet so far...

We've only seen the sun marginally since Tuesday and now we have tropical storm "seven" coming up the east coast. They are actually talking about 5-10 inches of rain!! . Is that possible? There is rain in the forecast for the next 10 days. Hell, I can get this crap in Cleveland. I swear, the world is messed up bad. Worse than I have ever seen. This stuff just won't quit. We're going to go straight into a rainy fall and snowy winter again.
Bad news

Hello! Hello!

What's up from So Cal? I feel like I've missed out on so much from the past week, but let me see if I can recap...

1) There's rain in the mid-west(ish)...
2) The forecast calls for more rain out there...
3) And there's a possibility of rain again, again...
4) Oh yea, and it's always nice in So Cal (Tee-Hee!)

I think that about does it. I don't want to ask, but it appears that everyone is over the whole "toaster" thing, right? It's too bad, because at work I won a contest, from my top production #'s, that gives me $2500 in G.C's to spend on anything. I was really thinking about picking up toasters for everyone, but since nobody's asked me about them recently, I think I may take the wife to Italy, and to Poland to see her family. What do you guys think... toasters or Europe? I trust your judgment, and appreciate your opinions... .

Getting ready for an exciting 3rd quarter at work, hopefully make some $ to spend on the S - besides that, not much has changed.

Looks like everyone is sleeping, so I'll chat with you all later.

BTW - the water park is definitely on for Sun! I'm serious... hopefully. Tomorrow is the Angels / A's game (garbage that the Halo's lost tonight) - then on to a wedding from a buddy of mine that I went to high school with. Sleep well!

Saturday evening at 7:04PM. Warm and sunny. Yup, sunny. I should have known better than to believe the morons from the Weather Channel. We had some sprinkles this morning, but nothing that stopped me and the boys from playing 2 rounds of miniature golf and Grand Prix go-kart racing. Of course, I checked the "channel" just before signing on and they are calling for rain for every day of the rest of my life. This channel should be banned by the government. If I were wrong that much in my job I would be working for Bob Evans cleaning restrooms. (P.S. no offense to anyone who cleans restrooms for Bob Evans ).

Agreed. The weather channel is the most inaccurate source of information around. Its not even reliable enough to be an approximate guide to the weather.

Spent a few hours today hiking with the kids at Mount Wachusett. All in all a great day up here too, Rob.
