Tom/Rob,

Very cool. 3 weeks crossing the country. Sounds great. I too will be headed out for 2 weeks vacation when all of you return. I think we leave July 19th. You can pass the travel baton to me on the way by. We'll be headed to the beach.

Oh, clouds/sun mix. Warm and humid as *$^@%. Going to mow the grass.

Sunday July 6, 2003. Mostly cloudy, 90+*F, very high humidity. A severe thunderstorm passed just north of us a half hour ago, more to come throughout the day/evening.

It's almost too hot to go out in the car, it's snug in the garage right now but we may take it out on some errands in a bit. Staying indoors today, thank goodness for air conditioning.

Sunday July 6, 2003 @ 8:30PM

Scattered clouds, 80*F and humid. The afternoon and evening have been quite stormy, with roughly 10 or so severe thunderstorm warnings in the greater Chicagoland area. We had 3 here by us in the NW burbs, and it's rained on and off most of the time, sometimes quite heavily. More to come tonight.

Wound up not going outside at all today, left the S snug in the garage and puttered in the house.

Forecast for the week is more of the same, so the S will be getting wet while parked at work. Hopefully there won't be any hail, that's the thing I fear the most.

Hope everyone had a great 4th and weekend!!!

Hello -

I haven't been able to spend the dedicated time on the site this past weekend - had family and friends over. But I'm back! I hope everyone had a great 4th!

Rob - I know you're in Vegas, but let me know if we won!

The weather has been beautiful this entire weekend -

Played golf on Fri., went to the beach on Sat, relaxed today... it's been perfect!

Everyone have a wonderful Monday!

11:57p.m. - 67 degrees

Monday Jul7 7, 2003 7:55AM. Cloudy, warm and humid, about 75 going up to 90+ today.

Severe thunderstorms approaching, should be here in about an hour, I'm watching the Intellicast radar loop. Mid-day should be clear but bad weather again this afternoon and evening, and more of the same tomorrow.

Deb, I hear ya on working, but we do have to be able to afford our cars, right? I dunno about the rest of you but I'm ready to retire. I'm of working.

Ohio, it's supposed to be like that here in Chicago Wednesday *whew!!!* There's a local gathering of S2000 owners that evening so the weather should be perfect for a

4, it sounds like you had a rather nice holiday weekend.

I might go for a lunchtime drive if the weather is ok, there are a couple of co-workers that are into cars that want to check out the S.

Working definately sucks!

Maybe we could all get some of those toasters back from Mars & open a mobile toaster warehouse

Looked like rain in the AM today but now (9:51) hot & SUNNY!

Drove to work, top down. Sometimes I think I'd like a longer drive to work as long as it's not rush hour traffic (I don't ask for much).

BTW, any of those toasters 10 second toasters?
