I think this is another option for southern california people. Im going to be putting a ceramic coat on my car on tuesday. This is a hard coat over the paint, it covers the entire car and works almost like a clear bra. The only draw back is that it wont last forever and you'll be doing it once every one to two years. The coating is done by sixteen customs in gardena, cost is 350.00 which is less then a clear bra.

My S2000 chips very easily. I have a '94 Miata with ZERO chips! The other thing is that I have Silverstone and the paint never matches..it's always dark.

post pics if/when you get it done! i would like to see it. it seems cheaper then the clearbra...

i never got them on my xB etiher...but the s2 get's a bunch.

Yep I will try and get some pictures up as soon as i get it done. The car will also be at the meet at the grove this wednesday night. From what I have seen the finished cars paint looks like glass and it acutally looks wet.
