from the money you saved from buying a S2000 over the Corvette, you could mod this car to smoke everything in sight, give me 10 or more grand and ill show you myself!!!

Has anybody considered the fact that it's NOT a V6 that's the best choice for an S2000 upgrade, but an INLINE-6.

Basically because an inline 6 is smoother, and can still be pushed back far enough for good weight distribution (as in a BMW). It also uses less components. However, Honda hasn't done a I-6 DOHC VTEC, and it would be a lot of money to Engineer a new block for a limited edition vehicle.

The S2000 is well balanced the way it is for what it is - if you want more torque, get a Vette. For me, a little bit more torque would be fine - but not at the expense of unbalancing the car.
