One other suggestion, my guess is the White with red interior, although very sweet, is probably the rarest of all s2000's, at least in my area, and from large group pictures of gatherings that I have seen on the web. So, if you are looking for a unique s2000 coming from a collectors point of view. a 2001 white / red with plastic window, and original trim inside is probably a rare one.

But, a glass rear window would also be nice, especially if you do want to use it as a daily driver. That's my 2 cents.

 

I was thinking the same thing about daily driving, I work 40 miles from my house and would hate to put that many miles on one. Luckily I have a daily driver now that gets 31 mpg so, I will be keeping it of course.


Next question does anyone know a release date?

 

Not sure of release date, however I think up in Cleveland the 2001's started arriving in October / November 2000. But, this is just my guess. So, with that logic maybe 2002's will arrive Oct / Nov 2001???????
