Geez. How hard can it be to check the plugs your self? Its not rocket science.

 

Check the plugs yourself to keep your mind at ease, and then wait for the tsb letter.

 

he was complaining about the arrogance and lack of service from the dealer which i think it's completely understandable. if there are no other dealers in his area then he can't even go elsewhere, not everyone has 4 dealers in a 25mile radius.
