Let's face it, the only reason a lawyer wants to take this up is to make money. Honda is doing their part with the tags and memos.
Are there any 2002's that still are seeing the problem.
Sorry, I think Lawyers are hurting our society much more than helping it, IMO.

As an attorney, I will just note that I take offense to the generalization of the profession. As the saying goes, "I hate all lawyers except mine."

Back on topic: No damages=No claim in every jurisdiction I am aware of.

When I purchased my S2K there was a "can't miss it" warning card attached to the gear shift knob. I asked about the warning and the dealer said that the spacers would be removed during dealer prep.As per the other posts your dealer is the real problem.
