I don't have them on my S' so I can tell you how they perform. I do have them on my 01 Prelude and 95 Integra and I would have to say there was a noticeable difference once I put them on. (Front and rear) I have quiet a few other suspension mods done to bolth cars that influence better results with these parts. Also I have to take in to considderation that these are two totally different platforms than the S', Front wheel vs rear wheel, weight and balence all play a large factor in suspension mods and how the car is going to handle. I think you would get better handeling with other mods. I am not too sure what you have already done or what results you are exactly after. If you want looks, I think it is a nice part for some eye candy. Try posting your topic in the Racing and Competition board, you might get better feed back.
This topic has come up many times. The general consensus is that you are buying it for the looks. That being said, buy what you can afford and what fits in your budget. Good luck!

Not all strut bar are the same.
You can try out the T1R or S2X 4pt. strut bar, they are the same bar just label with different name. Work pretty good with Cusco 3pt. floor bar.
It makes a big difference in chassis stiffness. Less undamped wheel rate, much more stable at high speed corners.
