Thanks to Rick's; new steering wheel
At nearly 110k miles, my steering wheel was looking terrible. I wanted a new one, and noticed Rick's Signature Accessories sold wheels, and also a new shift boot. The boot was available with contrasting stitching so I emailed and asked if I could get the wheel done to match, and to my delight they could at no extra fee.
It looks amazing, a massive improvement over the beat up old one, plus it's cake to install, don't be intimidated to do it.
Old and busted:

New hotness:

plus new Proclip mount for my iPhone 7+

It looks great!
But you really need to either start using hand lotion or sign up for Anger Management classes. I've never seen a steering wheel that worn before. I have over three times as many miles on mine and the leather still looks new.

Also, you have almost 330k miles? Wild. That's truly awesome.

Install is easy and I'm an idiot.
Disconnect negative battery terminal. Leave for 10 min (I left over night)
Pop up the covers off the back of the spokes at 10 and 2
unscrew screws under cover
pull disconnect airbag clips, pull airbag out
remove various screws and clips
loosen main nut (don't remove)
yank on wheel to loosen
when loose, remove main nut
move cruise control bracket over to new wheel
assembly is reverse of above. Most of it is obvious once you get the airbag out.
