I'm not out to steal anybody's honda. I'm also not looking for a step by step process for god's sakes. I am now trying to weigh the decision of whether or not to buy a security system - I'm leaning towards the "not" end of the spectrum. I've got a bachelor's in mechanical engineering and my mind is curious about things I don't understand. From what I gather, the car can't be walked up to, slashed, and driven away in 5 minutes without some previous casing and legwork.
AZDavid - If I "went around stealing Hondas", I wouldn't need to ask you - would I? Clearly not.

Really, I am pretty sure that anybody who wants to steal an S2000 can figure it out just fine without asking about it on a message board. I find it hard to believe that put anyone's car in more danger by asking that question on S2ki.com. I try not to take myself quite so seriously.
