Top 10 things to check for on new S2K?
May I have your suggestions about what to look for when I pick up my S2000 this weekend?
I'm already planning to ask for 14 spring spacers.
I also will be looking at the mileage, which I expect to be under 20.
What are some other key items to look for?
The reason for this thread is that technical difficulties are stopping me from downloading the PDI checklist from the library. If somebody out there would be so kind as to PM me the checklist, that would work, too.
Thank you!

1 - Inspect the car for scratches, blemishes, etc.
2 - Spring spacers!
3 - Torque the spark plugs, I have heard from many that they aren't too tight.
4 - Miles should actually be less then 10.
5 - Make sure you have everything... the owner's manual, two sets of keys and remote, one valet key, the key code, radio code and the soft top boot.
Call the dealership and request that no one drive the car except when absolutely neccessary to move it from the truck to PDI. Request/Demand that no one test drives it.

Can't say I can offer 10...but thinking of a few...
...Folks??? What other goodies for this up-n-comin'-owner?!
- Is my partial/full tank of SUPER Unleaded (like the sticker says inside the fuel lid)...
- [if you don't know already from these boards...] get them to show you where the fuel lid release IS
- What is my radio code should I lose connection with the battery down the road...

Thanks to everyone for taking the time to jot down your suggestions. I also just happened to stumble on this more exhaustive list:

If the dealer uses "stick on" advertisements, request they DO NOT PUT THEM ON. License plate frames with Dealer Logo are easily removed. You need to tell them when, or before the car arrives at the dealer.

Besides making sure NO ONE drives it, make them leave the front license plugs IN You can always install the bracket later. I guarentee you they'll put regular unleaded in instead of premium If it has more than 10 miles on it, demand an explanation! Buy from a dealer you trust That's about all I can think of for now Blair
Check the wheel rims for curb rash. I didn't notice one wheel rimhad been scratched until I washed the car a week after taking delivery. I don't recall having an encounter, but there was no way to prove it was done while the fealer had it.
