Holy **** the pack of wolves were out last night....

A+ touch on the blowing of the kiss, I definitely would have at least done that in the situation.

Not that I've noticed.
Haha yeah, people don't cut you off, they sit by you and rev their oversized fart cans, and I have a hardtop on and get one rx-8 or civic revving at me once every 2 weeks or so.

The best ricer I've seen try to race me was a modded to hell mr2, had turbo timers on the a-pillar, had fart cans, and the best part was it had an nsx air snorkel thing going over to the side, I just couldn't laugh at that nsx wannabe thing. He kept trying to race my on the way to work, and I just knew no way in hell would I even consider racing him, gave me great laughs.
Just FYI: that snorkle on the MR2 is a factory part that came on Japanese 3rd gen MR-2's and increases airflow by 2X to the intercooler on the right side and intake on the left. All he needed was a larger intercooler, and a Jap spec turbo with a boost controller and some tuning to put down 250 WHP and 250 ft lbs in the 2800 lb MR2. Maybe he was a douche but don't bash MR2 turbo's. They can fly with minimal mods and put a serious hurting on a N/A S2000. I owned one for 2 years and it was a blast. Wish I had kept it.

On behalf of other owners, thank you for your sacrifice.

I use to get stupid comments from only kids with the top-down. At a light, "Oh that guy is probably gay", i then hit 9k with my header-back exhaust, next light, "Holy Shit that f****r is fast!"

After installing my Cusco Roll Cage i get nothing but stares and thumbs up.

I just ignore it all now.
i really don't see how that proved your heterosexuality. by your own account, they just said your car was fast, they could've still thought you were gay.

you're not a douche, you've got anger management issues, but ur far from being a douche. Furthermore, anyone calling you a douche is probably 4 times the douche you'll ever be. You didn't instigate the situation, you simply responded, over reacted, yes. If someone doesn't want to be treated like a douche, don't act like one. You gave the kid a taste of his own medicine.

and yes, top down at the inappropriate time will get you some negative reactions. It's like a sexy woman wearing a low cut v-neck at church. In church she'll get a lot of long stares and nasty looks, in the street she'll get kisses blown at her and whistles.

I was going to a local car meet one night with the top down, and it was probably 50 out and overcast. At a stop light some sorority chicks rolled up next to me in a '90s Mustang convertible:

Girl: Aren't you cold?
Me: Nope.
Girl: It's cold out *teehehehe*

...they drove off before I could reply
