There's the Fall Colors Tour in October in Maryland, I believe.

Most of those meets you mentioned are either west, east, or southern meets. I think the idea behind this meet is gathering people who have attended all of those meets in one area (centralized location).

As long as plans are layed out well ahead of time it could be possible. Things have to be definite for someone to get involved due to the distance and arrangements that need to be made to allow for travel. I for one am extremely interested, but unless things are certain I don't think I would want to drive 1XXX miles on hopes and dreams.

Not surprising that Honda likes the idea of having it at a plant, but funny considering that the car isn't manufactured in the USA.

Definitely interested -- need to know the "where" part. Ohio sounds doable for me and my +1 -- Southeast even better.

I got that so called flyer a week before the event in Assustin. How far of a drive is that for you, me?

Post Labor Day in the Colorado mtns would be fantastic. It would be between seasons and generally perfect weather. The thought of thousands of S2000's cruising the mountains would be mind boggling.

Thank you poindexter for taking intrest in my concept of a National S2000 Meet. I've just sent a long E-mail to Heartland park in Topeka Kansas outlining our intrest. I'm ok with everyone first meeting at a Honda dealership/factory. Is there one at the aformentioned location? We need and I feel must have Hondas support for such an event. I hope to that there all others looking into sponsorship from aftermarket dealers. This would also be a great help with what I hope to be an historical event Intrest is really starting to pickup and I myself am getting excited As soon as I here from Topaka I post my findings.Perhaps premature but I'm starting to wonder if i'll be able to qualify for the final stock race already. Back to you soon.
