Default Value of slightly modified car?

I've recently picked up a Z06 and will soon be selling my MY01 S2000, but I'm not sure what price I should be asking. Here are the details:

'01 S2000
- 69k miles
- White
- Brand new Robbins top with glass rear window
- ACT pressure plate, OEM clutch installed at 50k miles
- Garage kept
- Kumho Ecsta MXs all around with about 3k miles
- Alpine 9827 head unit
- Infinity Kappa Perfect components
- Infinity Kappa Perfect 10.1 sub
- (2) Profile California amps (800w + 450w)
- Sound dampening in trunk, and doors
- Driver's seat bolster is worn
- Almost every rim has a bit of curb rash
- No mechanical problems

Kelly Blue Book's web site says $14,120 for a private party value on a stock car in "Good" condition.

Also, should I remove the audio equipment or leave it as an option with purchase?

Any advice will be appreciated.

I'm not too sure about the overall price, but in my experience a sound system CAN increase the price of a car, but obviously only if you find the right buyer. I'm assuming the sub you have in the car is probably custom built for an s2000, so i would leave it in as an option and increase the price accordingly. If you can't sell it with the sound system, take it out and put it up on s2ki.

oh and your new top should add something.

GL with the sale!

I would remove all after market audio equipment and then sell the car separately. Should make more money if it that way. Never see even close to a return on money put in for mods to a when selling a car.
I would say once the audio stuff is removed. I would ask for around 15.5k for it since it's got a hard top which could add to the value. I got my silverstone 01 with 69k for 14.2k 3 months ago.

Not a hard top, but a soft top with a glass window upgrade instead of the plastic window.

I had always heard that aftermarket audio equipment should be removed also, but thinking about the stock S2k setup (2 paper cone speakers and a horrible head unit) makes me want to cry.

YMMV, but myself and a friend have gotten lucky selling modded cars. I guess it depends on how quickly you want to get rid of it and if you find the right buyer.
He sold a 97 4 cyl Accord coupe with 150k and a body kit, whees, cf hood, I\H\E, springs, speakers and a sub for 7k recently. I think KBB was around 4.5k.
I sold a 97 Eclipse Spyder GST with 17" wheels, headunit, speakers, and a drop for 6k. The 1 out of the 2 top motors were broken. KBB I think was around 5k.

If you don't have FI, i think it devalues the car.
