I can't believe you just called someone out like that. Rick is a reputable vendor and just because you are not getting your order should not give you the right to call someone a scam. If you read some of the previous posts, Rick has been slow in getting the orders to the customers but they will get to you eventually. I think they should have a big banner on their website warning people about the time that it might take for some orders to arrive. Anyways, trust me Rick would be the last person in this world who would want to scam you for whatever you have. I have bought many things from him and fortunately, I never had to wait too long.

wow.... that was a great apology.
I have no doubt that Rick and Jeff are very ticked off with their supplier. Jeff has actually been helping me with my heatshield order, trying to get an answer from Nick (supplier).

Here's my thread on my order.

https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=244136

Nick has responded to me, however, for the second time. We'll see if the heatshield comes this second time (first time is supposedly lost in the mail).

It's hard to confuse Ricks2k.com (Rick, Jeff/Stratocaster) with its supplier, Ztec (Nick, nzaizar). However, I still don't like the "like waiting or cancel the order" idea.

We don't like it either, but lets face it they are really the only two options I can offer. I personally can process a credit, but I can't personally ship the item. I wish I could, it would have been done already. I just want to show that there is no intention to "Scam".

"being around for years" does not give you the right NOT to answer e-mails or ignore orders. I have the 4.57 gears on my car and I am happy, but the 2 last orders were different. One was not shipped at all and the other one takes 2 months. Its a fcukin' yellow box, not a spare engine for a Titanic Jesus Christ!!!

There it is, short and sweet. I'm not about to defend anyone here, and I've ordered from Rick's before. My experieince was that you must be patient. These guys are on the up-and-up and will get your order to you. Might be a while, but it'll eventually get to you. If they make a boo boo, they will also make it right. Been there. Even though these guys made a mistake on my order, they went WAY beyond what I ever expected for them to make me happy.

Wow, another bash Rick's thread.
Anyways, from personal experience, they are TOP NOTCH in my book.
I guess just go with the flow.....
PS: at least you didn't wait 5 months for a body kit and 8 months for a turbo kit.

We have shipped you the yellow box. Just becasue the Dubi postal service refuses to deliver the thing is not something we control. We tried twice. We can't make them deliver the thing.

We have anwsered your e-mails. Lets face it, you live on the other side of the world, and shit takes time. You yourself requested the the order be held until it was complete before it was shipped. We you know what, we did as you asked. Infact, you changed your order during the wait and we gladly changed it acordingly. You even wanted us to hold the order for JDM Clear side markers. at that one we refused and shipped the order. There was no telling when those would have landed. It was your call.

Since we have bent over backwards for you in the past, it looks like our efforts on your behalf stand for nothing.

A scam? I don't think I would take it that far.. just be patient, Rick will get you your stuff. I've ordered the leather center console, voodoo shift knob and jdm sidemarkers from them. Received everything within a week of placing the order.

Given the way that they run Rick's, patience is a virtue. It took months to receive my orders, but still great service all the way despite the wait.
