People were really excited about this car when it first came out... I don't think you are aware of the hoopla at the time because even if you are an AP2 person now, you'd understand what I am talking about and wouldn't need to argue the unarguable point I am making.

I've noticed in SoCal over the last year as well. When I was shopping for my AP2 it was near impossible to find one with under 40k for under $20k and now there are quite a few decent ones popping up.

I get that the AP1 was/is/will be regarded as a great car. Never disagreed with that, read anything I've posted and prove me wrong. What I (and not only I) disagree with is you and how you specifically present your information. Your posts continue make it obvious you need validation. Not only that, the information you state as fact is not fact a lot of the time. You mention the "precipitous" drop in sales with no basis for that information. And when actual numbers are posted, all you do is mention a "graph" and never provide it to support your argument. Your "enthusiasm" for the AP1 would be fine if you removed your ego from it.

And 9000k = 9000000, just fyi.

Wow, really going out of your way... Obvious typo 9000..... sorry for "confusion".... Ego has nothing to do with anything... these threads keep popping up and the debate continues and nothing I originally said was directed with personal attacks. And sales figures did drop.... not as "precipitously" (another faux pas) as I thought by 2005 but soon thereafter.. And the figures quoted for 2005 were lower in other estimates btw...
