What header is best bang for the buck??

I would say pull your OEM header, do a little work on the intake holes, jet coat it and put is back on. Cheap, may give a little better flow (the oem unit is good anyway) and will look better.

Spoon header actually drops power. I know, I have one. I dynoed too.
Mind you, this is without A/F tuning. With a VAFC, i was able to pick up power through out the powerband. YOu need to get it properly tuned though. Without tuning, its worthless.
I d go exactly with what Wortham said. Get yourself some rear gears.
