What made you get an S
Rare factor, 240hp out of 2.0 L, 9000 rpms, F1 inspired cockpit, superb handling, Honda Engineering, in the realm of the Integra Type R and NSX domain, and because I couldn't justify getting a NSX at the time.
Great story everyone! I enjoy reading it.
Well for me, of all the cars that I owned in the past from RSX-S, 350z, G35c (in that order) I love the S2000 BEST!
My reasons for picking s2000 is many factors.
* Looks great (classic)
* Vtec (I love)
* Convertible (first time owning one and I love it)
* Its a Honda (reliability)
* Performance and handling is awesome I love it.
* F1 racing feel in cockpit (Pure sport - raw feeling)
All the previous cars that I own just does not have that feel that I get from S2000. The 350z looks great including the G35 but I am already tired of how the G35 looks and the fact that both the Z and G35 is so common on the road these days...
I am most happiest with the S2000. LOVE IT!!!
Go S2000!

Go S2000!
-Looks good
-Fun as hell to drive
-Price was right (compared to STi's I was desperately wanting)
-Can make pretty good use of a convertible here in NC
-Long term reliability
Part of me still wishes I had held out to get an STi for the power it has. But there is something to be said in that I think I always smile when I really drive the S2000 (not just putting around town). It really is so much fun to drive and rev up to 9k rpms. . .but also be able to manage over 30mpg on highway trips. Its like having 2 seperate cars that you only need a single key for.

i had MY04 for about 2 months now and i love it, i also have a e46 m3 that i didn't drive for about 1 1/2 months now because of the s2000, although the m3 does handles better and is alot faster, i just love the way the s2 feels. and i love the MPG. i get 26mpg on the S and on the M3 i get 15.7mpg
