Default Window seal coming loose?

Hey guys,

This is a repost from Wash and Wax forum but I thought I'd get more eyes to look at my problem. Unfortunately, I can no longer garage my car and I have to leave it outside. I just bought a car cover for it but I noticed this on my window. I have posted pictures below. Can someone recommend what I can do to this this? It seems such a small problem that I don't want to take it to the dealership, plus they are a pain to deal with. I'm afraid that if I tried to glue it down, the heat will just dissolve the glue. Any input would be appreciated!

Is it suppose to catch somewhere? I looked underneath, doesn't look like anything. I pushed it down to minimize its looks but it still isn't on there solid.
