If nothing has been done:

oil and filter
air filter
cabin filter
diff fluid
trans fluid
clutch fluid
axle nut tsb
typical visual inspections

Definitely do NOT do spark plugs in your 05. Leave them be.
Billman,

Can you elaborate on the axlenut TSB? I have an 05 and had not heard of this. Thanks for all of your sage advice.

Just did the Clutch fluid swap, I put it off a little longer then I would have liked.

The results are the engagement point went from 3/4 of the way up to right at the bottom, also the engagement requires very little travel to complete.

There's a little extra play at the top of the pedal (not too much to think there's air, since i'm sure there isn't)

I'm not sure if i'm happy or not (used Prestone Dot 4 Synthetic) with the new feel, but I'm sure i'll get use to it.

If the clutch pedal is engaging closer to the floor, you have air in it.

If done right, nothing will change.

Axle nut TSB.....remove nuts, grease face, re-torque to 220 ft-lbs.

This applies to all s2k's, even new ones. Car should have 5000 miles or more before doing the axle nuts.
