I'm not sure that's going to work with two ECU's. It's going to be tough to figure out which signals to go to which control. And in some situations signals may need to go to both, which may not work with current and resistance changes running them in parallel.

What most people do is just throw a CEL if the ECT gets too hot. It's not as good as a working gauge, but it works.

Also, check out http://www.gauge-tech.com for a gauge idea that plugs into the EMS. I give it two thumbs up. I'm looking at putting a dash with AEM. But for now that display is great.

Haven't had problems with idle with an S/C.

Also, plan on getting a wideband O2. You will need it for O2 feedback. Actually, idle will suck without a wideband O2. That may be why some people have problems with idle.
I have my AEM EMS idle set at 1400 rpm until the wideband is installed. At 1000rpm it would idle with fluctuations in rpm of about 600 rpm. The factory narrowband O2 sensor is inadequate. 1400 rpm does make the supercharger whistle sweet and increases the exhaust sound by a few decibels.

Yah, I'm actually running a high idle in the 1,200 range if I recall. I can idle lower (i.e. 800), but I didn't like listening to the S/C backlash. At a higher idle the backlash disappears.

The AEM WO2 is 500'ish.

FYI, there is a new AEM EMS with the W02 built in (not sure if it comes with the sensor). I also believe it's a smaller form factor and fits better where the stock ECU is. This could save a few dollars and would be easier to install.
I actually just bought this one from horsepowerfreaks.com. It's MUCH cheaper than buying a serparate WBO2 and is even cheaper than a fully functional e-manage setup(If you don't count $$ spent tuning). I had a post on here about that with pricing.
