Yes, just replaced those top end parts (timing pulley/cam idler gear, exhaust and intake cam gears, and camshaft towers. Then all was good.

why would they mess with the cam idler gear bolt when changing the TCT?

did you replace all cam caps with a matching set, or just one cam cap?

Could just as easily happen when replacing the rubber O-ring on the sprocket bolt. If you didn't tighten that bad boy properly that can happen.
