Default Baffling Electrical Problem(s)

Year: 2004
Electrical Changes/Mods: SoS Stage One SC kit, afr and boost gauge.

Symptoms:

1. Battery light would come on upon deceleration around 1k rpm and then go away a few seconds later.
2. Car would throw a p0344 (camshaft position sensor) at WOT.
3. Car shut down while driving and wouldn't turn back on. The 100 amp fuse was blown.

Checked/Attempted:

1. Replaced alternator and the problem persisted.
2. Replaced both camshaft sensors and the problem remained.
3. Took the car to a local shop and they spent 6 hours or so and couldn't find the problem.

Does anyone have any pointers for me or experienced something similar before? I will be double checking all wires for exposed wires in the next couple of days. I'm sure that this shop has already done that as they are pretty well respected. I'm kind of concerned that if they couldn't find the issue that I will have even less luck since automotive electrical is my least knowledgeable part of cars. That's also why I had a shop look at it. Most mechanical problems I can handle on my own. I have someone looking at it in a week or two but want to take a stab at this myself.

I have got to get this car running again. I'm stuck driving a 1998 Camry with 200k miles on it and it's torturous!

Check your ground wire coming off the battery. I've seen similar issues on other Hondas with that being the culprit.

I would check the routing of any added non-oem wiring, particularly the wiring for the SOS circulator pump.

The responses are much appreciated.

I was thinking about the additional wiring too just yesterday.

My brother in law thinks the new alternator is bad. He tested it with a voltmeter. I will be checking the wiring Billman suggested and putting the old alternator back in with a new 100 amp fuse and diagnose from there. Also will probably look into the fuse box itself and the eld.
