Can't remove A/C blower/evaporator unit to replace expansion valve - help

I did this job last weekend, the upper right bolt is indeed a bastard to get to, so here's some visual aids for anyone else attempting this.

(and sorry for the thread resurrection, but this thread is the highest Google hit for S2000 evaporator replacement )

View from the firewall looking back (obviously you get to these bolts from the footwell)

Sorry to bump this from the dead, but is there a reasonable way to remove the evaporator from the housing and reinstall everything? I'm about to remove my AC and would prefer to remove everything associated, but still want a functioning blower motor.
