Update:
Changed slave and everything is back to normal pretty much.
only thing is when the car is warmed up the cluth starts to stick at the bottom.

i cant wrap my mind around it. Everything looks fine. Only thing i can think is when i shaved the nipple down on the old rod i took it too far down but other than that i have no clue.
