Default Clutch installation problem.

Alright so i got a competition 1420 stage 5 clutch, comes with new everything i.e. throwout bearing pilot bearing alignment tool pressure plate and disk. also got a flywheel. everything went alright for the most part until i get everything bolted back together.

I started noticing trouble after i bolted the trans back up and tried to put the slave cylinder back on. when i went to shift the fork to the rear position it wouldnt move by hand so i used a wrench lightly.

Once everything was back together i hopped in the car and noticed that the clutch pedal was insanely hard and it wouldnt go into gear. it WILL go into gear when the car is off though.

anyone have any ideas or solutions? the car will be down until saturday when i get it back up on a lift and start over so i have a few days to get a plan of action going. help is much appreciated because i definitely want to avoid taking it to a shop and spending $500+.

Take the slave cylinder back off and make sure you put the pushrod in the clutch fork socket.

Did you let the pushrod fall out of the slave cylinder and get air in the clutch hydraulics?
