Default Diff fluid dilemma LS or not?

Hey guys long time reader first time posting. I just purchased my 2003 s about 2 weeks ago so I am going through and doing all the maintenance things. I got to the diff fluid portion and I've read what seems like endless threads of the same information. From what I've read most reccomend 75w-140 the issue I'm having is at my local parts store it's all LS fluid. Now I have seen several questions about LS vs non LS fluids and all the questions go unanswered.

so is this Mobil 1 75w-140 LS the correct choice for my stock weekender s? Or should I stay away from LS fluids?

I use Amsoil ordered online. MTF for the trans and 75W110 for the dif. Plenty of choices out there that will be OK. The LS stuff has an additive for positrac but probably won't hurt.

While the S2000 dif does not require LS additive, the use of it does no harm at all.

No problem to use LS Mobil1.

Puddymod recommends 75w140, I use Amsoil(also recommended by Puddymod). 75w110 would be the minimum, if you can't find the other.

I use Mobil 75w140. I just got it instead because it was $20 (Mobil 75w90 was $8), so I assumed it was better lol.
