Thanks! This sounds like a hassle. I just drained the old coolant, ran a distilled water flush once, and then filled it with pre-mix Honda stuff. Bled it and forgot about it.

This was about 5 years ago, now.

I finally got it done. I had to drain and refill the cooling system four times with distilled water before it came out almost clear. It's now filled with the blue Honda coolant. I'll do it again in another 24 years. Perhaps then I'll change the hoses too.
