Default Excess oil in Blueridge setup

So I recently installed my Blueridge oil catch can setup on my higher mile ap1 with a P-Tuning setup on it. It has 2 10AN bungs on the front of the valve cover and the stock breather is now blocked off. First few times I had the car out with the setup I still had a filter on the stock valve cover breather. I know my motor is down on compression on cylinder 2. 1,3, and cyl 4 are all at around 220 and 2 is at 178-180. Obviously I know this is not ideal but have had several repuable sources say its not dire and I dont need to panic. Well I just took off the breather filter on the catch can and its almost 3/4 of the way full! Im wondering if I possibly have something routed wrong or is this common for blow by to accumulate this much. I have added an extra quart of oil since the last oil change so I know now where it went lol. Oh and the stock PCV valve is hooked up in the factory location.

Any words of advise? BESIDES rebuild my motor? Thank you!
