I posted it in the electronics forums, but i don't know if many people go in there anymore. if anyone here could help me, i would appreciate it. or if you feel the need to tell me that this topic does not belong here, you can do that as well.

 

what do u mean by rigged?

 

its a long story but basically the ballasts arent mounted to the headlight housing properly. so they have some play in them which caused the ground wire to snap.
