Default havnt driven in 2 Weeks... now problems!

So I had surgery on my shoulder and haven't driven my car in 2 Weeks. I started it up every 3 days just to warm her up tho. But I took her out for a drive today and she was running perfect. Let the car warm up and everything. When I was getting on the freeway I got on it in 2nd gear and I got into vtec and I noticed my afr was a little leaner (13.5) then normal (12.5) at WOT. Then out of nowhere the engine just cut out at 7500rpm and the afr gauge was maxed out lean. Not even numbers were on my gauge. It felt like i slammed on the breaks. Lets off the gas and slowed down and pulled over. It was idling fine and my oil pressure was normal.
Drove it around for a little bit and was running perfect, afr and oil press were normal. And I decided to get on it again in 2nd and 3rd. And it rev'd to 9k fine? No problems?

Was this a 1 time thing? Or is it a start to something bad?

Only fill up with Chevron gas and I have a i/h/hfc/e
I also have a vafc2 but vtec is at normal 5900 and no fuel changes

How close do you live to the freeway? Sounds like the car was cold and the ECU shut it down. Built in safety feature courtesy of Honda.

For what its worth, you're doing your car more of a disservice starting it and idling to warm every 3 days. Sitting for 2 weeks is nothing, mine routinely sits for 3-4 weeks between drives.

2 bars on AP1 isn't enough, you need 3. That was your problem.

Yes, three bars on an AP1.

And don't just start your car every day and then turn it off if you're not going to drive it. It should be fine otherwise.

Agreed, If it's only 2 weeks just leave the car there, don't start it every couple days. Mine sits for 2-3 weeks at a time all the time.
