How much torque to apply...
These are not "load" holding bolts, so don't worry so much about exactly how much torque to use. Besides, usually exhaust nuts and bolts get subjected to water and cycles of heat & cold. They'll get tighter with time anyway. If they are the same size as the cat bolts, go with that torque. If smaller, reduce. If larger, give a little more.
