Lubricant - Grease Question
What kind of lubricant/grease should be used on the re-torquing of the rear axle/spline shaft. Is lithium or silicone grease the best? If not can someone with good knowledge/experience of this problem area (mostly MY00-02) make a recommendation? Thanks in advance.

Lithium grease is used for door strikers and hinges.
Silicone grease is used on rubber seals.
For what you want to do, you use a general all-purpose grease like you would shoot out of a grease gun. You can also use axle grease.
