If your car is under warranty, bring it the dealer. That's why you have a warranty and there could be an actual issue if the light continues to come on after it's reset.

Utah's info was right on the money. After holding the trip button for about 12-15 secs, the light went out and stayed off. Thanks again!

Even though we now know what he did wrong and the situation is cleared up, warranty will not cover this if (as it turns out) it was owner error. Had he gone to Honda for this, they would have charged him for an hour's labour just to push and hold a couple of buttons.
