Default P2646 CEL and It just won't go away!

like the title states I keep getting the P2646 code. I can't figure what is wrong. I have cleaned the screen for the VTEC solenoid. Didn't fix it. Oil levels are good and oil weight is correct. I am unsure on what to try anymore. Any help will be appreciated.

P.S I have searched this Forum and and no valid answers provided.

Added information. It seems like it happens right before VTEC engages or slightly before. **Sometimes it will be fine**

Maybe rocker arm oil pressure switch problems.

Any more information on the car? Are you running the stock ECU?

I will check the switch.

The car is tuned on FlashPro.

At the link above describes this is related to the VTEC rocker arms and cams. Could be electrical or oil pressure related.

Who tuned your car? Where does VTEC engage? 10W-30 oil?

Reset the car to stock tune and VTEC engagement, reset the CEL, drive the car for a while and see if the code stays away.

The car was tuned by UMS in Phoenix.

The engine is built, and turbocharged with supporting mods. I believe VTEC engages at 43k rpm ~( I don't remember exactly)

Additional information*

The pressure switch has an elbow on it or else it would rub on the turbo's hot side. I never had any issues until after the motor got built.
