Default power up electrical with trans and motor removed?

I have the motor and trans out of my baby longer than planned due to a scammer seller sending me a bad motor. My question is this. I pulled the battery and followed the Honda factory service manual steps to remove the motor and trans but now I need to roll up my windows. Car is getting dusty and I would like to wash and cover. Can I connect the battery, turn the key on and roll up the windows without doing harm to the ECU or other electronics. No wires were cut and all harnesses have been secured neatly under the hood while I wait for the motor issue to be resolved.
It seems like it should be fine but better safe than sorry,
Josh

Your fuel pump will energize and you will get a rush of fuel pouring out of the fuel line which would be disconnected. If you pull the fuel pump fuse you might be safe though. The windows should work as the engine ground removals should not affect the windows.

See that's why I asked I totally spaced the fuel pump. I'll pull the fuse.
Thanks,
Josh
