Default Problem with my reinforcement kit?? or could it be something else??

So I recently received my cusco 3 piece reinforcement kit from 4igs2000 and well i finally got to install it. The next day I drove my car and noticed something different. After I engaged into a gear whether it be 1st, 2nd, or 3rd and slowly release the clutch and gave it some gas just after a second I would hear a crackling sound comming from under. Could it be that I need to tighten the bolts?? At first I was guessing it was my invidia exhaust going crazy but I think its my bar. Let me know what you guys think is the problem. I'm planning on checking it out tomorrow morning and tightning the bolts just to make sure. Any help is appreciated thanks

Like metal crackling, paper crackling or mechanical crackling?

I would think it it were bolts you'd get a vibration or a rattle.

if the bolts were loose the metal has to be vibrating while you are driving.

The bolts might be tight enough to not vibrate, but loss enough to shift the contact points, causing the cracking sound when the frame is stressed. Do not over tighten the bolts though.

OK, educate me please. What is a reinforcement kit? I'd like to have an understanding of what is being talked about here.

I am, I don't. I do get a weird hum now between 3500-4000 RPM. Not sure what it is, may be some sort of resonation from the motor vibration through the bars.

The only problems I can think of, that would cause the above is; You striped out the threads
Do you know how to check...

BTW, has the car ever been in a wreck of any kind?

I couldn't have put it in better words,

. That's exactly the sound i'm getting I took the four bolts off and then checked if they were stripped...luckily they weren't and put the back on making sure it's not too tight and not too loose to the point where you could just take them off with your hands and the sound is definately the humming noise between 3-4 RPM. But after that the sound is gone and only during the first couple of gears. I'm guessing I shouldn't get to worried about this too much if it doesn't seem to cause any major issues or should I worry?? thanks guys for helping me out. PWRMKR the car hasn't been in any accidents or any damage but thanks for the input. Another dumb question... I know certain engine mods have breaking in time do these bars need that or can I throw the S through the twistys real hard right now?
