I have found that when I'm turning left and trying to go from first to second my ap1 tends to grind.

 

i changed to the mtf and havent had any problems. not one grind, high rpm, low rpm and even around 5-6k. i did race the guy about 5 times within 2 min of shifting fast. it probably got hot. but now im a little more careful. thanks for your help guys
