no need for stroke, I know of a couple cars in Socal with ITB's and beta cams that are over the 260whp with f22's......
see, you gotta have some more displacement to make 250+to the wheels. with a 2.0+ITBS+cams+70mm+EMS+HYTECH header and you might tickle 250whp, but only with a strong motor to start modding off.

with a 2.2 or 2.5 250whp is childs play.

Think I can hit 250hp?
Nope, sorry.

Without a stroker kit, 250whp on the F20C is pretty much unattainable.

Just a few sidenotes:
1) The Hondata gasket is a manifold insulator, not a head gasket. Probably won't notice much/any power from it on the dyno, but it keeps intake air temps cooler when driving, so it might help you retain 1-5 hp that would've otherwise been lost to heat soak.

2) Spoon (or other thin) headgasket will only increase your compression ratio marginally (maybe half a point). However, Toda recommends not using a thinner headgasket with their cams (if you're planning on going that way), due to the increased risk of valve-to-piston contact.
However, if you're going to put in some high-compression pistons, you can use some that have larger valve clearances to overcome this problem.

3) As mentioned, 230rwhp is about as high as you can hope to get without tearing into the bottom end.

At one point, I was at ~212rwhp with just Toda SpecAv2 cams, AEM v1 Intake & a VAFC... but then things went to hell in a handbasket (i.e., my camshafts disintegrated), and even after adding a Toda header and Amuse R1000 header-back exhaust, I was never able to exceed that number. I think that if the original cams hadn't grenaded and I had added my current header & exhaust to them, I would've been between 225-230... maybe a hair over that if I'd added an EMS for tuning. Too bad things didn't work out for me.

I'm seriously considering going FI, now.

Doesnt make any sense to me, this is a honda motor. Why cant everyone make over 230whp. We have got guys with I/h/e/Tb/ems/Intake gasket/head gasket... ect only makeing 212 whp. But then you got other guys making 227whp with Drop in/Exhaust/Vafc2. It just doesnt make an sense. I have a friend with a stock as hell 00 ap1 and we made 206rwhp with open exhaust, on a dyno pack. I dont see any problem making 230whp, but making 250whp yes. I dunno, but once i get all of my bolt ons complete i will post up my numbers!

Not sure what "this is a honda motor" means...
Dynapack dynos read considerably higher than Dynojet. Your friend's 206 on a Dynapack is probably about equivalent to ~195ish on a Dynojet (which is actually worse than the 'average' stock numbers for an F20C). Generally, when people are talking dyno numbers, they use Dynojet because it seems to be most common. I assume that's what the OP is referring to, also.
