Ok so I have BC Stage 2 cams and their titanium retainers and seats. and Valve springs. My original tensiorer went out, this I figured would happen. So I replaced it and that one lasted about a week. I warrentied the part and got another one. And this one has lasted about a month and is starting to tick when I firts start the car and a little after then it slowly goes away. Does anybody know of a stronger tensioner for our cars. I sent BC an e-mail about my issue to see if they have ran into this problem.

 

TCT usually occures when the car is warm also, i would have thought it wouldn't be that at start up!! it more that likely that the chain runners are worn!

 

are the cams worth finding out?
