TSB for popping out of second gear

Quick question:

I am about to purchase a Very Low mile 04 S2k (5k miles) but unfortunately the car is no longer under warranty. If I have this issue will Honda still fix it for free?

I had mine done and it came out better than ever. There is an awesome s2k service advisor at a local dealer and they even swapped in an aftermarket pressure plate and lightweight flywheel at the same time! A few others have had this done as well, might want to try it if you have a cool service advisor.

I just had the tsb done today,but now the shifter is seems extremely loose,

does the TSB apply to AP1's???

yes, TSB applies to both AP1 and AP2.

There is another one for 4th gear popping out as well. I had to get that done.

yes, good will.

I had to pay for labor, free parts though.

that's how we got that worked out.

honda dealer labor fee is expensive.

$120 an hour, calls for 8.5 hours.
