that new air/fuel ratio sensor they talked about above that replaces an upstream o2 sensor would that be located on the header?
I couldn't tell you...but if the issue comes up during the install I'll be sure to let you know.

thanks for the info on the exhaust.

Hope the install of your header goes smoothly.
The A/F sensor looks like it is in the same place as the upstream O2 sensor. Helm describes both as zirconia sensors, so I can't really say what the difference, i.e how it works, is btween an O2 sensor and an A/F sensor

Anything under hood that changed, like to the hood itself? I bought a Comptech Al/Ti Strut Bar, but I can't seem to close the hood with it installed. I think there are crossmembers in the way.

If you have the Seibon CF hood you cannot use the Comptech strut bar. I found that out the hard way. If you have the OEM hood, you should be able to use the strut bar.

More than likely you are hitting the under braces. Honda didn't change the hood itself; not sure if they changed the strut tower "areas" due to VSA. You might want to check the position of the strut bar itself. The bar is adjustable--simply loosen the bolt on each side of the bar and rotate the bar.

^^^ Tired that, didn't help. The strut also appears to be "resting" on part of the air intake (round tube part, looks kinda like heating duct, on the driver's side of the engine compartment).

^ Are both strut brackets flush against the shock mounts? Did you raise the front end a little bit when installing the bar?

These are the instructions you should have followed:
