Do you agree on the price or on the usage of 75W-90 diffwater in the diff?

75W-90 diff oil does NOT meet the Honda SAE 90 spec.
It simply doesn't.
The fact that many use it (and have no problems.. so far) doesn't mean its the OEM recommended fluid.
That many freak out on the pour point of LE-607 is their problem.
Every other straight 90 weight will have a simular pour point (as RoadRage clearly pointed out) and is no problem at all IMO.
In fact, LE-607 has a very low pour point compared to other straigth 90 weights, it being so pure.

That said, LE-607 isn't available anymore, it's now LE-1604/1605, depending on if you want to use what LE-607 was in viscosity.
(does that make sense?)
LE-1604 = a straight 90 weight.
LE-1605 = a straight 110 weight (what LE-607 actually was)

You can get Honda MTF for the transmission at your Honda (car) dealer.
Honda Marine has the SAE 90 GL-5 hypoid (diff) oil if you want to use Honda oil.
(Bottle with a Honda label on it)
Buy LE-607 (if thats still available?) online at HardTopGuy or Ricks? for the diff.

The proper diff oil may be hard to find.
Go the extra mile and get the OEM recommended viscosity & specs.
(do so because you think and agree its the right thing to do.. not because I say so)

What ever you use, a frendly reminder. Do not over torque the drain and fill bolts.
