What is the proper a/f on light throttle for the Vortech with VAFCII?
What is the proper a/f on light throttle (less than 50%) for the Vortech with VAFCII?
I set my low throttle to 10% and high to 70%. It is easy to adjust and tune the a/f on high throttle, but it is confusing to set the low thr. a/f. Any a/f suggestion on low thr. for street use. I want to make it lean (better fuel milage), but not too lean to hurt the motor. Also, any concern for the cold start??
Need some recommendations!

14.7:1, obd-II dictates that you leave the fuel alone in closed loop mode. watch the 02 sensor voltages, when they stop swinging back and forth, you are in open loop and can tune to your heart's content. if you are in closed loop, the ECU will counteract ALL of your changes to get back to stoichiometric (or closely thereabouts)
if this doesn't make any sense to you, go to a tuner that knows this stuff. It's very easy to apply corrections in closed loop throttle that will result in your engine running severely lean in open loop wide open throttle conditions, due to obd-2 long term fuel trims.

at light throttle the ECU is in "closed loop"
ie it will automatically adjust the AF ratio to the desired level.
There is no need to tune it any further John. You only need to tune the wide open throttle.
