omg!!! Maint Req only comes on when the ECU detects loss of compression in 1 or more cylinders...... 
take it into dealership and be ready to spend atleast $5000 for engine work....
but seriously..its a reminder to change oil....
u can reset it by holding the reset button(?) and turning the key to on???or something like that.....use search!!
