There really is a flatfish? Now I'm learnng something. Flats are like plateau's just under the water often surrounded by deeper water. I fish the fish that like the flats as habitat.

I catch a flounder or a fluke once in awhile. Easiest one I've ever caught I stepped on and it jumped right up on the sand.

Most of the fish I catch flatsfishing are snook redfish bonefish permit tarpon and barracuda. Lots of other fish come through too but those are the most common.
