We are expecting some "poor man's fertilizer" this afternoon/evening.....maybe 2" or so. At least this time of year it won't last long.

It has rained the past couple of days, so cherry blossom viewing has not been ideal. Hoping some are left for the kite festival tomorrow. Weather will be nice and sunny, but windy.

The cherry blossoms have peaked and the tourists are flocking. Another week or so and then the late Spring Tourist Crush is upon us.

Spring peeked at us and went home. Snow last night and it's now cold and windy.

^3-27-2023. Where's the cat?

^3-27-2023. Maury had to go out and check it out. Then he came inside and sat on a floor heater register.

Drove home in heavy wet snow just after midnight and drove to work this morning in 40 degree weather with overcast skies. Mud n’ ruts is what we are currently dealing with.

Bunch of rain today, here in So Cal. At least most of the reservoirs are near full. This is good news for the farmers and fire fighters.

Actually, I like rain. Sleeping in warm, dry bed and listening to the rain hit the roof...

I was going to be a wise ass and say move to Seattle.
My son is just north of Seattle. The last time he was home, we had a downpour.
He said he liked the rain here, since it rained hard.
as opposed apparently, to a more constant drizzle they get there.
