When I first looked at our indoor/outdoor thermometer this morning, it was 16 degrees.

It has now warmed up to 18 degrees. Seems like a good day to stay inside and get stuff done inside.

Glad we don't live in Buffalo, too! Too much snow there for me!

It is amazing how localized lake effect bands can be. I have friends in Buffalo that have an inch or two on the ground, yet a couple of miles away it is 5 feet.

I agree. I have relations living on the north side of Buffalo that report only 3-4 inches on the grass. The streets are mostly wet with some slush near their edges.

Turned on the propane heaters in my garage. Lots of details (15) scheduled for the next 3 weeks. Where were these people in Sept. and Oct.

So, no complaining from the east?

At noon today, we have a 100% chance of rain. It's already started but it's exciting to me to finally be getting some decent rain. We are so dry!

Well, I don't want to let you down, Patricia, so here you go.

Yesterday, it was 64 degrees. On December 1st, 64 degrees is more than welcome. Today we are at 37 degrees...not great, but no snow. Temps will be in low 40's to mid 50's off and on over the next few days. That is not the kind of weather I will about, but stay tuned. It's coming.

Pretty much the same weather here in Ohio as Lainey is reporting. So, no complaining here either.

^^Same here in Delaware. 37°,rainy & dreary, after a high temp yesterday of 72°.

Patty, hope the rain doesn't cause the hillside behind your house to slide down again.
